STANDING COMMITTEES

The Administration and Finance Committee is responsible for financial planning, administrative procedures and property management.

The Cultural Committee is responsible for planning and organizing a wide variety of cultural events that may be of interest to OLLI members.

The Curriculum Committee plans, implements, and evaluates all courses presented by OLLI during the three terms of the academic year.

The Executive Committee consisting of the officers of OLLI: President, Vice President, Vice-President-Curriculum, Secretary, Treasurer and Past President, coordinates the activities of the Board of Directors in the overall management of OLLI.

The Long-Range Planning Committee is responsible for long-range plans that are prepared and updated periodically.

The Member Services Committee is responsible for providing general support for OLLI members, staffing the OLLI office and for investigating ways that OLLI may improve that service.

The Nominating Committee is responsible for nominating candidates annually to fill vacancies for Directors retiring from the Board of directors and for filling vacancies as they may occur during the year.

The Public Relations Committee is responsible for publicity activities external to OLLI for the purpose of making the community more aware of OLLI and recruiting new members.

The Social Committee is responsible for planning and implementing all social events and other social activities for OLLI members, during the academic year.

The Special Events Committee is responsible for offering OLLI members opportunities for participation in extracurricular activities to broaden their experiences during the academic year.
